Bridge building

I am currently on the quest that requires the mallet from the bridge building job. However when I look on the job list or anywhere on the map it does not show up therfore making it impossible for me to complete the task!!!!

anyone had the same problem?

currenlty level 23 which means I should be able to do it.

are your skills at the right level? that could be the problem.
