I'm fed up with this pseudo-western brownish "style", I even believe that any old west artist would be really surprised if you showed him that this was meant to be typical for his era.
So I would go for the colour version. But could you please post a correct size version? I am afraid that some fine textures will not be visible at all in-game. And I do like them now.
