I think it would do good:


Town founder and town councillors may set a tax rate (between 0$ to 100$), this tax is payed automatically at 00:00 server time from the town members to town treasury. Well, there are players forgeting to help building the town structures... and this will help the workers.....

by the town members ,by choice . If they fail to meet the requirements they're booted from the town . It is the responsibility of the Founder and Council members to monitor this .
