World Three Town for Smart People

Looking for a town but are tired of all the nine-year old grammar and spelling?
Well then, come to my town. I'm making it so that only the most well educated people can get in. In fact, the only two requirements are:


1) Spell correctly. At least don't talk like you're an eight-year old.
2) Correct grammar. Still, no eight-year old talk.

I would also like each member to give 15-20$ a week to the town deposit. This really isn't too much to ask.

Levels don't matter.

PM me for details, preferably in-game.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, yes, the town is new so it doesn't have too much yet, but it will soon.

I find the rules of your town to be intriguing, especially when I get to the last sentence in your post.
