new option in the town hall???

when i click in the names of my townsfolks, i have a new window with these two choices... can anyone tellme what they mean??????

• appoint to Stadtrat
• entlassen

appoint to Stadtrat promotes them to a councilor.


entlassen means kicking them out.

Why is it all in german? can you change the language settings?

It's not really a language setting, the game is made in german then translated to English as well as many other languages. Sometimes a few translations are left out.

It was the same thing with TW.
