The release date for the 1.26 update is unknown.
Once the 1.26 update gets implemented it will be across all worlds.
World 12 may probably start on 1.25 but we cannot say as we do not know this information.

dont be in any rush to get 1.26 its on beta the daily limit on bank deposits is totally crap i could only deposit $3.500 today not that it matters on beta you dont need to save up to respec.

The time is never given to prevent server crashes. It will be during the work hours, which means it won't start in the middle of the night or around 20:00 server time. My guess would be around 11AM or 3PM.
