Only 2 more pieces to go [and neither can be gotten from jobs]. 
Does anyone know if the other two pieces can ONLY be gotten while trading OR if it is purely luck, so may get them from any job that has some luck.

you can get the other two working these jobs... pretty high level jobs though.

For now the #2 piece is just a quick way to get money. It can be found easily, so when I did trading I sold it for money.

- There will be shootouts between the towns. In those all players from the two towns fight against each other.

You get Part 1 at works with >70% luck
Its not known how to find the last parts but there is a connection with the decision quests (The Decision, Three Rivers etc.)
I you find all three parts you will get a quest with a very special item as reward
