Personal Requirements/Requests: The town needs to be continually growing towards max size if it is not already there, or I become un-interested. I'm just looking for a good active group of people to play with and to be able to play to the best of my ability with high level equipment.

Intended Character Build: First of all, I'm a top 5 duelist on world 3, I can say that I'm well experienced in this game now. I plan on doing the quests till level 14 and then jump in as a duelist from level 14. I will be picking the class:soldier. I'm not sure whether I'll be a melee or firearm duelist.
Declared Intentions: Please do not expect me to donate a lot of money. As per my experience on world 3, pure duelists make very less amount of cash unless you have a source of who has the cash. What I can give is a loyal soldier who is ready for combat anytime but this does not mean I'm not ready to donate some.
Personal Requirements/Requests: The only thing I require are lots of big fat towns nearby so that I can get some easy exp/money ^_^ and no rotation policies please. It would be great if your town had a trade-alliance with a few other towns or family towns so that I can get better equipments.
