Level 15 Quest-Problem...please help

I am on the level 15 quest (Unforgiven-the right outfit)where the Bartender asks me to bring him a black headband....
The problem is that i have not been able to find a black headband in any town, even the high levels.
Black headbands are sold by tailors, not general stores...black bandanas are sold by stores, and there is enough of them around..

Question now is, are they asking for a BLACK BANDANA maybe ???

Please help, thank you

U can buy those in Tailor shops. I bought mine at "Eagle River" city.

Me too, Eagle River. The founder's a nice guy. Ask him for a temporary membership, if there are some space open. Don't forget to donate some money though. It's a common curticy(did I spell it right?)

But yes, it would be easiest to find a town with the right Tailor level.

It's "courtesy", but I give you an "A" for effort. Awesome information though and I will head there for the quest when I get that high, so thanks!
