All worlds are the same basically some people play on multiple worlds and so you may see some of the same people. You can only be a member of one town at a time.

You can't have more than one town, only one at a time, although, people like to link towns together by just being friendly with each other or run by the same person/people.

no you can join any of the worlds you want except worlds 8 & 9. You can join either world 8 or 9 but not both
