Depends. If you want to build a town, worker. If you want to duel, a soldier. If you want to stay out of a town and get a bit more xp, adventurer.
Course these are just generalizations. There are many things you can do. What skill points do you have most of?

Totally depends on you. What would you prefer?..If you want to go solely for duel,..Choose soilders or duellers,..If you want to go part duellers/ part job doer,..Then go for adventurer,..If you want to build towns and do jobs (Part time job doer) then go for workers..

Good luck. Running a town isn't as easy as it first looks, especially if you don't have a bunch of friends you already know will join you.

thanks guys, it's been a while since I've looked at this thread. Just thought I'd let you all know how it's going I started my town with 5 friends. And now we are ranked around 330th, I am level 22, and my best member is level 31. So it's all going good

-an Adventurer if i want to level up fast !
-a Soldier if i want to be a dueler !
-a Worker if i want to help people with cities ; ATTENTION : When the city will
be finished ... you won't be so useful !

err.. you are wrong on two counts..
workers get better experience when doing jobs..and level up higher..
and also generally when a city is fully finished.. the worker class builds up another city.. and thus building up an empire..

Agree doesnt usefull when the town is completed.(bored)
And worker is most target by duelers (not agree attacking workers)
