Why should it be against the rules to create a town with German name?
I can't find nothing about this in the rules? Please show me.
But I can find towns like 长安_CHANG AN and 洛阳_LUO YANG and so on. And that's the reasen why I asked about a German town!

These forums, and the .net version of the the west are English only for communication purposes since it is indeed the English version of the game.
Your town may be named in German (I believe), but your communication with the outside world (town message/profiles/etc) must be in English or provide an English translation at the least, is my understanding.
If you do not want to communicate in English you'd need to join the German servers.
