I am sure i am going to seem really dumb but i am going to ask anyway. I am trying to start the quests. I have finished the first and am wanting to do the second. However when i click the quests and go to the saloon i click the bartender with the exclamation point above his head and get the same thing every time. all is get is this "

You see a lot of scars on several parts of his body. His battered hands show signs of a very eventful past. Regardless of that his face is friendly and he speaks in a very calming voice.
