That Good Beaver Trap

I am at the point in the quests to make the "Decision" between beaver traps for Wappie, or getting some of that good ol' hairy Beaver Skins for the sheriff.

Well, apperently beaver trapping has gone away, and there in lies my problem. Where are the beaver traps if I want the exp. and not the chedder? Demolishing Dams seems to be the only way to get Sweet Hairy Beaver skins, and that is at an 8% chance.


Why is there a quest for items, if that item is not around?

Improve your trapping and hiding skill, and the job will appear when you have enough points.

Buying a slouch hat helps out alot :)

Guy... it dissapeared... look for it... It is no longer listed in the jobs or anything.

It hasn't gone anywhere. They just raised the difficulty from 80 to about 110.

Well, I've looked around the mini-map job list, and it is not in there... I can find a number of jobs i don't qualify for... I can't find beaver hunting.

You haven't even got enough points to see it, I can almost do it.

Its still on the world, I even have an orange picking job on the screen to show you.

yup i have it im lucky to have the gray slouch hat 12 setting traps :)

My old trapping outfit used to be

Black rags +3 trapping
Grey slouch hat +12 trapping
Brown shoes +2 Hiding

so those few items (and they are relatively cheap) equal a total of 15 trapping and 2 hiding ...

15*3=45
2*2=4

Thats 49 skills points right there.

it really increasing its difficulties.. I thought I was unequip an item..
