You'll have to search the town recruitment forum for your world -- advertising towns in any other thread is not permitted, so if anyone posts an answer to your question here, you may not get to see it before it is deleted.

You can find them in General Stores and Tailors in different player towns. Look around your map randomly until you find what you're looking for.

Unfortunately you can only see bandannas in a town you are a part of, as they are awarded at level 9.
