can't find it on west stats either :S

Kate's ring....

.....I just finished this quest, if you haven't got the ring in a quest, then you start with the second of four quests. If you can mine sliver, then get 5 silver and on a wednesday unarm yourself and go to kate's ring, beat the dealer and get kate's ring and then finish the quest, if you have any questions send me a telegram, good luck.
