There is some chatter on my town forum about this type of feature being added to the game.

Is this fact or fiction? If it's true, where did the information come from?

That would make the game VERY VERY interesting, and could establish alliances between trade/dueling towns.

If You hit the help button on the main game screen , it will show You "planned changes".

An unofficial sort takes place, but not all are required to duel and it's rather one-sided.
