I was wondering, i saw that at some towns they had a message appear as soon as you opened the window. I know this may have alreaddy been answered, but how do you do this??? please respond asap

I assumed he was Town Founder or speaking on the town founders behalf, all in all, people generally know that, I just chose not to mention something painstakingly obvious.Councilors also have this under management in the townhall
