P&P No Rules Dueling -would you post?

A dueling specialist should be able to shamelessly brag about destroying "pure" builds and workers with out having their tactics questioned. A win is a win. That's how the game is designed. Take the money and XP and don't look back. I love punishing players who are walking around with too much cash on them, then getting an angry email about "fairness" and how much they hate me. Sometimes it makes me attack the rest of their town and adds pleasure to the game.

On a side note, those people who say they don't attack workers as a matter of principal are just stupid. It's like saying they wont do a certain job because the money or XP is too easy to get. I understand not attacking workers b/c u dont want to start a war, but you are not going to appear more "honorable" by picking fights exclusively against skilled opponents...you'll just slow yourself down that way.

I could not agree with you more, well said.

attacking workers

It is also to keep enemy towns from progressing.

If I keep on knocking out your builders and/or earners, your town will not get built as fast.

Attacking the "easy targets" is all part of the game, and I will keep on doing it.

i agree witht his 100 percent

Here's a message I received recently:

"I HOPE YOU ARE PROUD OF YOURSELF ATTACKING AN UNARMED WORKER, JACKASS!"

My response:

"He should have armed himself..." --William Munny "Unforgiven"

Hitting builders is what people who can't build a decent character do, period. If you disagree then come duel me. Lots of people here condone hitting builders but I am guessing I won't be seeing any of you anytime soon. That is the point.

I completely agree with this.

These threads are getting old .. fast.

Some say yes, others say no. I have this to add: it's a game.

to tell you the truth I rarely even view peoples profiles while dueling. When I attack a town I attack the whole town that is awake and within my dueling range. Then when looking through the reports I duel those that have money a second time until I run out of energy.

I think as usual this argument misses the point. Which is... Do you specifically target only workers and weak players to duel?

I do not. I target whole towns. and within those towns there are usually some that can fight... sometimes even win, and many who can't... soldiers, and duelers included. I would say that is a leading factor to why I don't get many visitors from the towns I attack. I've already also hit your duelers and soldiers, and if they lost already I doubt they are going to ride to wherever I am to lose again.

however... If one is a true bottom feeder and only attacking the "weak and helpless" then the duelers of that town should be able to ride out and dispatch them for 48 hours at a time and thus end the annoyance of the dastardly dueler. So in general this should be a non issue.

In addition, to make this post even longer. What usually happens is that both towns have noob duelers that have no idea what they are doing. So these noob duelers wait for somebody to attack their builders so they can run off and attack the builders of that town. They don't go after the problem which is the dueler, but instead justify attack those that had nothing to do with the problem, and then town wars of the weak go back and forth.

Moral: If a dueler is attacking your workers and being a pain, don't whine. KILL THEM! or if you or your town is incapable of doing so, pack your bags and look for a town that can.

Totally agree, the joys of 0%!
You get 20 reports in the day instead of 8, and usually find a nice cash cow that you can milk $1k off.

To make this even longer i would say that what is also great is that you get awesome hate mail. thats like the cherry on the cake.

Theres nothing better in this game than hitting a noob, robbing his cash and getting a mail full of swear words and getting a round of applause by ur mates who are killing themselves with laughter!
