This thread is really outdated, but maybe I can help others.
I set aim for the Left Shoulder for every round.
I set dodge for Right, Duck, Duck, Left
I beat him first time this way.

Yeah, you are spot on with those settings. I beat him fist time as well. I used a rusty razor and wore a:
blue poncho: + 3 dodging and + 3 aim
and gray bow +9 shooting
