Instead of just having a SLIGHT SLIGHT glowing around reports/telegram/town forum, etc, etc, can we have it so the text turns blue? Much easier to spot.

Obviously not very high on the to-do list, but probably takes about 5 seconds to implement and would help enormously

Not only that but it only works when you enter the page. Becuase most of the links pop-up to a new window there is no opportunity for it to refresh. Makes it hard to notice when you get telegrams if you're having a conversation with someone... Like I am right now >_<

Yeah, they would atleast make it so that each pop-up screen acts as a refresh.

It updates itself every few minutes. So if you leave the window open it'll appear eventually.

yes i like this idea, as i keep not seeing new messages sent to me etc, Nice idea FB!
