In these forums you must limit foreign languages to short quotes when appropriate or provide a translation. Ingame you must allow English speaking people into your town, provide an English forum and your profile must also be in English. PMs are permitted in other languages, but you must be able to communicate with moderators in English. If you are unable to comply then www.the-west.es is the place for you.
