skills and Attributes

anybody can say how i can change my skills or attributes?
i can`t do quest
how i can get more skiills or attributes?

Work and upgrade your player to the next level,pay the shaman or buy clothing,hats etc that add the required attributes

Also, some quests give a little attribute or skill points but RARLEY!

Well there is a quest that you do and then you can change all of them around.I think it is around level 15 i don't remember for sure.
