i'd say something that offers good stats. guns and good knives should be included, as well as things like crosses or tophats, which offer a good amount of points.
honestly, anything above that for level 1 stores should be included, because there is a vast range of players reading these.

Justa , I believe that the listings are more accurate than You think .
Town members can see two more levels of goods than visitors can .
These people are listing what they see in their store/tailor/gunsmith .

that's because you can only see items two levels below the real level of the store that the town residents see.
You'll see the blue or green necklace when the store reaches level 4
