I am looking for people who would like to help me form a new type of alliance called the United Towns of The West (UTTW). It is kind of like a miniture version of the USA, with the towns being like states, and all the towns together like the nation. I have whriten a rough draft of a constution, and I am looking for people who would like to help me.

If done properly this should not fail. The constutuion that I have made is designed to hold all the towns together. I am looking for people that will help make it better.
