as title so when people come to your town or are looking for people to dual they can check who we are at war with or allied/nap with

A town profile has been suggested already, which would serve your purpose.

I don't think it is neccesary to set it like tribal wars was with 'official' status.

Official way is good for army (a group of soldiers).A different kind of duel --war,can also be set in this game between countries (a group of towns).
