Where do you get the quests for the Wrench and the Brown feather hat. I saw a worker with it said level 21 required, but my worker is level 26 and i havent seen a quest for it.... anyone know why this is?

if your class is worker u need to done all quest (look the link) before u get quest where award is wrench!!
about that hat u can buy it, i don't know any quest where is that hat award!
