Workers Rest is a smallish town that presently has 1 dedicated builder(me). Anyone is welcome, though there are only 4 spots open right now. Another dedicated builder would be great, and you would not be expected to donate to the town. Anyone else will need to consistently put money into the treasury or I will boot you (you'll get a couple warnings first.)
