The only way to obtain it, is in a chest in a fort battle.

BUt what thing do you need to do to get the box. Do you need to die, kill someone, survive, stay full health or what?

Do a lot of damage, i.e. #1 or 2 overall or on your side, or get lucky and get one at random.
