Hello citizens of The West!
For April, we have a crossword puzzle for you to solve. The theme is historical events in the American Old West that occurred in the month of April (or thereabouts). Some of these events were stupendous and some were tragic. Legends were made and nations grew. Some nations suffered and died. Many important things happened in the month of April!
Read the clues provided and supply your answers quickly! Rewards will await those that delve accurately into the history of the Old West in April.
Contest time frame: April 8th, 2024 - April 19th 2024 23:59 CET
Contest Rules: Please use the graphic above and the clues provided and solve the crossword puzzle. Submit your answer in a form that clearly shows your replies to the puzzle as a reply to this thread, You must submit your work before the April 19th deadline. Although this goes without saying, it still must be said: the spelling of your answers is critical and no approximate or incorrect spellings will be accepted.
General Rules & Conditions:
- The game rules and the General Terms and Conditions apply to this competition. Additional rules may apply in the individual game description.
- The organizer is The West Team, who will take part in any juries. Members of The Team are excluded from participating.
- This contest is open to any player with a registered forum account. Participation is free.
- These policies are subject to change at any time without notice.
- All contest entries are not publicly visible during the contest, they can be seen only by the respective player and the moderator team.
- Every player can participate only with one account on this contest, even if they have more accounts on different worlds.
- Contest entries cannot be modified or deleted. If you would like to revoke your entry report your forum post or contact the support team. By revoking your entry you will be disqualified from this contest.
- Disclosing the answers to others for the contest is prohibited during the contest.
- Players violating any of the contest rules will be disqualified from the contest.
- If a player is disqualified they cannot win in any categories during this contest.
How can I submit my answers?
- You can submit a digital screen capture image of the puzzle with digital writing, text or similar edits.
- You can print out the puzzle, write on the printed puzzle, and then scan or photograph your answers to submit as an image.
- You can submit a list where you cite the clue like "Down 1." and then type the answer.
What are the prizes for this content?
The prizes and condition of said prizes are as follows:- All participants with 100% correct entries in terms of solving the crossword puzzle, will receive one can of Spinach.
- Chronologically, the first three 100% correct submissions in terms of solving the crossword puzzle, will receive the following prizes:
- 1st - 1000 Nuggets
- 2nd - 500 Nuggets
- 3rd - 250 Nuggets
- From all the legitimate entries submitted that are 100% correct in terms of solving the crossword puzzle, one random participant will be able to collect one clothes set from before the 2022 Easter Event of their choice. Special event sets are not possible to pick. The CM must also approve your selection via the Team judges.
- Should you win a prize in the event, it can only be granted to the account that won. You may choose the EN world where a given prize is received if you play on multiple worlds.
- After the winners are announced, you will need to create a support ticket in order to request your reward.
- For your request ticket, please select "Contest" as a ticket type and report the world the one where you would like to receive your reward. Please also cite the resulting contest winners post in your ticket response as well as stating/reporting which item(s) you have won based on the resulting contest winners post.
- You can request your prizes until May 3rd, 2024 23:59 CET.
