happened to me last year. i reported it as a bug, as i was 100% certain that i had opened every door on the right day (i am an animal of habits; i also check several times on any given day just to make sure i didn't forget. and yes, i am that ), and they appeared closed a few days later. but da twista replied that the records showed that i did not open those doors, so there was no bug to report even though i was completely sure i had opened them. i was all "duh, if i had forgotten to open those doors and wasn't this sure that i did open them, i wouldn't be reporting this as a bug". i decided it was pointless to keep arguing and yes, i'm still upset.
