Any Sites Where I Can Found a Town?

I am looking for an area where I can found a town. Anyone have a location? I'll need specific details. :huh:

If you can't find any locations to found a town, it's because you belong to a town.

Spots to found towns look like this, they are all over the map.

You will not see any of those spots if you are a member of a town. You will need to leave the town you are in and than they will show up.
