Any Town in W8 Wanna have a 'Mock War' of Duelers/Soldiers?

I understand the new rule from the examples provided but the word "push" doesn't make a lot of sense. I suspect something was lost in translation.

Power leveling is when another player aids you in leveling your character with his higher level character backing you up with healing or buffs. This is genrally a term used in games such as EQ, EQ2 or WOW.

Twinking is setting up a lower level character with high end gear purchased by another player in order to give the new person a great advantage in combat. Again, not a term used for this game but, it is used for many others.

This is a different type of game hence the different terms. Push makes sense to me.
