Avoid duel

Some times I meet some one who gets shooting for duel.
I do not have gun or pistol.
Question:

1. How do I do to avoid duel. because I am ready for duel.
2. How do I do to have gun or pistol.
3. What level to got gun weapons

If you are being Dueled then you are a member of a town.

To duel back your town must have the Mortician Building.

You can buy weapons (Guns, or 'Sharp' Melee) at the gunsmith in ANY town.
If you are a beginner, the weapons you can buy will not be too good.

Buy the best weapon you can afford, and wear clothes that will increase
your protection. 'Tactics', 'Dodging', 'Reflex' skills
