actually the multi language settings isn't a bad idea. I can imagine implementing it into .net as well, many players aren't coming to this region because they don't understand the game.
yes I know, for that you need supporters as well, but I would give a try only the in-game language settings first. couple hundreds of players would join, and you can always find a translator from other markets.
ofc I know it wont happen due several reasons, which is fine.

and something about winter event? normaly should start tomorrow... evan syntex announce events with 24 hours before it start...
in the end (jordy quote) it works to be announced after will start too
