As always we have changed settings for an event achievement. From now achievement "Many snowflakes" will be visible only for players to received it during the event. < WHY?

Why does the Sehoy knife has 0.55 Shooting per level and the Sehoy revolver has 0.55 Vigor per level and not viceversa considering the bonuses are changed based on the type of weapon?
