It might be possible to finish them by January 6th. I actually thought about going hiding just so I'd have a shot at unlocking treasure hunt in time to finish them this year and being possibly the only person on w11 with a snowman's hat for a year, but I don't know if you even need to complete all the other quests to get the quest for the hat on the 24th.
