Can people that are a higher level then you duel you? I never duel and everytime I get money it's gone because someone duels me over and over. I would put my money in the bank but the town I'm in is low so I can't deposit anymore what should I do?

Ask the Founder to improve the bank, spend the money on items or find a better town.

Really if your town is that low in level then you should be putting money in the treasury so your town can be built. You can save up items that you find or products from working and cash them in when you need to buy expensive equipment and clothes. I hope someday the devs put mugging people for the stuff they show in their product window into the game. I've seen a number of items I wouldn't mind stealing.... but right now those things are safe
