While trading with Indians, I have found a rusty pepperbox revolver, a +15 red vigor shirt, two construction bowties valued at over $325 sale price, and the $700 sales price Note Part 2. Transporting ammunition has roughly the same luck but I've found zilch, other than 5 sticks of dynamite.
Edit: Just found $1500/$750 fancy cotton shoes trading with Indians.
