Lvl 1 Hotel (free room and board for citizens!)
Lvl 1 General Store (buy those quest items at 1/4 price!)
Lvl 1 Tailor (buy clothes at discount!)
Lvl 1 Gunsmith (buy weapons cheap!)
Lvl 1 Mortician (challenge other players to a duel!)
Room for 1 citizen (more room coming!)
