It is already assumed that all towns (new and old) already have the telegraph pole as you can start writing msg's to other players as soon you begin a world...
It would be nice for those of us who aren't duelists, but I think it would put those who are at a serious disadvantage. I like things to make my playing time easier and more fun, but not at the expense of another group of players.
