Heh, I have something similar going in my towns as well, and it is great for motivation 
If one could have it implemented in teh game, and datestamp teh achievments, that would be utterly awesome!

theres also a acheivment about bounties, its something in my town where you find and kill another player tht allready attack your town and you hunt him down so if you want to add it to your town go for it!
