got my flag along with the grey +5 hat on the second 2 hour stretch of guarding. I did pray for 30 minutes beforehand too.

It is for a level 11 quest. It gives 180 exp and unlocks the next quest which is a free bowler hat: +1 Charisma and +11 trading.

I have given up on the flag. Its a pointless waste of time if you do it for more than 30 hours. And I dont miss that hat at all at the moment.
