LOL if it had bin a 50/50 vote i whould have voted yes. and yes i whould like to see this implemented into the game.

i were the first to vote no and if you take a look its unlikly that this idea whould not happen.

It is generally known to be GMT+1. But you are right, it is not obvious that that is the case.
