I've been carving out claims and keep getting red flags. Looking at the quests I don't see where you ever need them for that. Anyone know what they are good for? Just sell for the money?

Actually, its easy to get the red flag than the union one.
BTW, i got Rusty Dagger while doing Digging Graves. it requires level 17 to use it..

U need to go to a town with a general store, if u found 1 u need u need to slide ur item into the shop and then u can sell it.
