Where do I find the shaman?

I did the grandfather quests but the white dot is gone off the map for some reason. Where is he at? Thanks in advance.

The Shaman is on your "Skills" Page.

Click on the image of the Shaman in the circle in the upper Left corner, it toggles
back and forth between Distribute skills... and Buy skills.

You must also have completed The Thievery quest in the Waupee's Grandfather quest line.
