Check T-W stats I think the feather is in the quest that gives you the poncho you've already found, time to move on.

I found a broken jug, a bat, a razor, one of the ponchos (I can't remember what color but wasn't as good as the red one), sling shot, red necktie thing, and various stuff you are supposed to find while doing jobs. I haven't prayed at all, I just work my fingers to the bone.

Yes, I found these rags laying on the ground after wolves were --- I mean, I explored a dark, erie cave full of blind, but fierce creatures. Walking what seem to be miles I found myself staring at a DRAGON! Guarding these very rags...
