i have also found brown headband +1trading +2 health point and +1 swimming
and granite 1- 15 damage.

Got a Grey Indian Necklace w/ +5 Animal Instinct while Prospecting (the one from the quest was better tho)
Grey Cotton Shoes from Repairing Fences +1 Strength +5 Stamina
Got some random weapons early on, don't feel like digging through reports for em tho
