Honestly, to make Dueler Class more attractive, the 10% map speed bonus should be replaced with a 20% bonus to shooting & vigor during a duel so that it is a more offense-oriented bonus, rather than a speed/quantity bonus build.
IMO, the Dueler bonus is best used in a fast-moving parasite type of approach. You know, move from town to town and duel as many players as possible to take advantage of the 10% more money bonus and 10% faster travel, plus your crit will be ready to duel faster than other classes.
The 3 levels lower to use any weapon offered by the soldier class is a massive advantage in duelling at higher levels! That's why most people are attracted to using soldier bonuses for duelling, rather than dueller bonuses for duelling.
